Near to the GLA, (City Hall London), is the European HQ of Ernst and Young.  The company is well known for its investment in art and Andrew was commissioned to document not just the building, but the workers too.  In addition to providing colour images, he built up a portfolio of monochrome images.  When the building was finished, the company bought one hundred and thirteen of Andrew's photographs which were displayed over six floors of the building.
